As part of our Consulting team, you contribute to our purpose of making an impact that matters by creating enduring value for our clients, developing solutions to their complex challenges across markets and industries, whilst helping them manage risk, and ensuring compliance for the benefit of their business, society, and the global economy. You oversee a portfolio of key clients, providing highly specialized knowledge, driving excellence in team deliverables, and building collaborative relationships with senior stakeholders.• Bachelor’s degree; preferably in a related field, or equivalent qualification. • Qualified with an internationally recognized designation (i.e., Society of Actuaries or equivalent, CPA, CA, ACCA, CFE, CPI, INSOLV, JD/LLM, CIA, CISM, CISA, CISSP, CIIP/E, CIPM, CEH or other relevant designation. • Minimum of 7 years of relevant progressive experience delivering consulting services in any of the following areas: Actuarial, Cyber, Finance Transformation, Turnaround & Restructuring, Forensics & Financial Crime, Regulatory and Financial Risk, within a professional services firm or large-scale organization, including relevant industry experience. • Minimum of 3 years of demonstrated leadership experience including, coaching, mentoring, developing, and leading team members. • Experience directly supporting business growth, managing large-scale client engagements, and with practice management. • Experience working on large scale projects utilizing effective project management skills within Financial Services or other targeted sectors. Actuarial experience must include: IFRS17 and/or US GAAP LDTI implementation projections, experience with actuarial techniques in pricing and reserving, and familiarity with SII, BMA and/or other regulatory regimes is required. Preferred: •A risk designation such as CERA or FRM •Familiarity with Bermuda regulatory framework.
