Reservations Manager

To oversee and manage the room reservations department. Ensures that the department is promoting quality and service to the guests, as well as efficiency and professionalism, according to Grotto Bay’s service standards. Responsibilities include managing reservation statuses, analyzing occupancy data, maintaining guest history records, supervising staff, ensuring accuracy of reservation entries, and training new hires.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field preferred, or equivalent work experience. Minimum 3 years of hotel reservations or front office experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory or management role. Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and rate strategy. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in reservation systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
