Our client is seeking a SOUS CHEF with at least 3 years' experience in all areas of the kitchen. The candidate should possess strong supervisory and organizational skills in a busy, quality kitchen and in various catering locations and special events. Responsibilities include discussions with clients, menu planning, and a solid knowledge of European and Asian cuisine, along with proficiency in baking, dessert preparation, and bread making. The candidate must also be able to present food attractively and creatively, work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and be required to drive company vans.

Requirements

At least 3 years' experience, solid knowledge in all areas of the kitchen, strong supervisory and organizational skills, sound working knowledge of European and Asian cuisine, proficiency in baking, dessert preparation, and bread making.
