Assistant Food Truck Manager

On behalf of our client, Jor-Jay’s Takeout, we seek an Assistant Food Truck Manager. Having at least 5 years’ work experience in the culinary industry as an Assistant Restaurant Manager or in a likely similar role, the candidate will assist the Food Truck Manager in all operations of the food truck business. Duties will include assisting in administering and controlling budgets for food supplies; assisting in preparing financial reports; assisting in managing the delivery of food orders and monitoring supply inventories; taking orders in the food truck and cashier’s work. The assistant manager will also be in charge of closing the food truck at 4:30am on split shifts. Must have good English communication skills. Must be willing and able to work on late nights, early mornings, weekends and public holidays.
