Requirements

2 years experience in a high-volume restaurant or 1 year in a 4 Diamond Resort Food & Beverage operation required. Previous MICROS or similar point of sale system experience an asset. Required Competencies, Skills and Abilities: Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment. Ability to work cohesively and collaboratively as part of a team. Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
