Requirements

Technical aptitude and proficiency; Business degree or equivalent job-related industry experience Minimum 5 years' experience in business equipment service management Deep knowledge of parts ordering, warehouse operations, and service contracts Proven ability to manage teams, projects, and client relationships Excellent analytical and problem solving-solving abilities Familiarity with systems like DDMS, Print Audit, or FMAudit preferred Familiarity with printers (Xerox, Ricoh, HP) preferred Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills Knowledge of IT network basics is a definite asset
