Chubb invites applications for the position of Senior Financial Accountant for Paget Reinsurance Ltd (Paget Re). The successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day operations including accounting, regulatory compliance and administrative services for Captive, Intermediary and Segregated Account Cell Companies (the Captive Group). Key Duties and Responsibilities include managing all aspects of financial reporting, administering accounts payable, maintaining the general ledger, preparing annual financial statements and supplementary reports, preparing budgets, forecasts, and ongoing compliance with local regulatory requirements.

Requirements

A professional accounting designation (ACA, ACCA, CA or CPA), Minimum of two years post qualification accounting experience in an insurance/reinsurance company or in captive insurance management, Experience working with a general ledger platform (PeopleSoft preferred), Strong organizational skills, data analytical skills, Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills, Ability to meet tight deadlines and work extended hours and weekends when required.
