Internship

Enstar offers a 10-week internship program designed for young talent to gain professional experience in Finance and Risk. The internship allows participants to work in areas such as Finance & Accounting and Risk Analysis, where they will prepare US GAAP financial statements, analyze data, and develop risk management strategies. Interns will also partake in a two-day live insurance simulation, complete self-reflection journals, propose solutions to business issues, and participate in virtual workshops. The internship is primarily in-person in Hamilton, Bermuda, but offers work-from-home flexibility.

Requirements

Candidates must be current undergraduate seniors with a strong interest in pursuing a career in finance or insurance. Ideal fields include Accountancy, Business, or Finance. Strong numeracy and analytical skills are beneficial. Must have the right to work in Bermuda throughout the program.
