The Director of Advancement at BHS is responsible for the creation, implementation and management of the overall fundraising initiatives of the school. The successful candidate will lead fundraising efforts, support the Head of School, manage alumni activities, and coordinate with various school entities to ensure effective philanthropy and visibility of annual giving.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree. Minimum of 5 years of experience in school fundraising and advancement responsibilities, preferably with 3 years in a leadership role. Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills. Experience with databases preferred, especially Bloomerang.
