Pilates Instructor & Studio Manager

Our client, Triangled Limited, is seeking a certified Pilates Instructor & Studio Manager to lead their boutique studio, balancing exceptional teaching, client engagement, and operational oversight. This dual role is ideal for a seasoned Pilates professional who is passionate about delivering transformative client experiences while managing the day-to-day operations of a growing business. Key responsibilities will include: Design and deliver safe, comprehensive Pilates programs tailored to individual client goals and abilities (mat, reformer, and apparatus). Conduct client assessments, set personalized goals, and recommend appropriate Pilates training plans. Instruct private, duet, semi-private, and group sessions both in-studio and at offsite locations (including private residences and hotels). Oversee studio operations, including scheduling, staffing, inventory, and studio maintenance. Manage and mentor the instructor team, fostering a collaborative and professional studio culture. Handle client communications, ensure excellent customer service, and address client inquiries or concerns. Participate in marketing efforts, including promotions, workshops, and community events. Ensure studio cleanliness, equipment maintenance, and adherence to health and safety standards. Track client activity, retention, and satisfaction, using insights to improve programs and service offerings. Candidates must have: Minimum 5 years of experience as a certified Pilates instructor (mat and reformer required; Valid Pilates certifications, pre- and post-natal and rehabilitation certifications strongly preferred; (BASI, APPI, STOTT, or similar). Strong leadership skills, with prior experience managing or supervising a fitness or wellness team. Proven ability to develop client relationships and foster retention. Excellent knowledge of Pilates anatomy, physiology, and teaching methodologies. Strong organizational and administrative skills; ability to manage scheduling, inventory, and reporting. A Bermuda driver's license, or be willing to immediately obtain. Ability and willingness to travel to client locations (private residences and hotels) for offsite sessions. Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
