U Sail Bermuda Ltd and U Sail Watersports Ltd requires the service of a Short Term Full Time Lead SI Training Manager. The position requires the individual to be active, physically fit, committed, and enthusiastic. The successful applicant will report to the chief instructor and will be expected to be flexible and work outside normal working week including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
Requirements
RYA Multi Qualified Dinghy, Wing-surf & Wing foil and Windsurfing Instructor, RYA Senior Instructor, Minimum 3 years working in an RYA Recognised Training Centre, RYA Safe & Fun Guarding Certificate, RYA First Aid or equivalent accepted by RYA, Kayaking Experience desirable but not required, RYA Sail Foil Endorsement desirable by not required. RYA Powerboat Instructor desirable by not required.
