Perform proficient culinary skills in the preparation of meats, poultry, fish, soups, pizza, pasta and house specialties whilst following health & safety standards. Duties include, but not limited to, all areas of food preparation whilst following health & safety standards, especially regarding the correct handling of raw poultry. Duties to be performed as sole Chef on Duty as well as with a team during busy periods. Planning and creating daily specials.

Requirements

Accredited Culinary Certification. Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Chef in the food service industry. The successful candidate will be able to work well under pressure in a busy kitchen whilst producing high volumes of food to standard. Must be honest, reliable and have excellent timekeeping. Must be of neat and clean appearance. Must strive to maintain our established high standards and must read and communicate well in English.
