Chef De Partie

Successful applicant will have 5 years experience in a similar position. The ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision. Good time keeping is essential and required to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays. Ability to prepare, cook and neatly present dishes a must. Willingness to assist in developing new dishes. High standards of food hygiene and knowledge of health and safety rules and regulations. Able to monitor portion and waste control to maintain profit margins. Applicant will also be willing to assist with kitchen porter duties when requested. Relevant certificates and qualifications are preferred.

Requirements

5 years experience in a similar position, ability to work under pressure, good time keeping, ability to prepare cook and neatly present dishes, high standards of food hygiene and knowledge of health and safety rules and regulations
