This role requires a nurturing individual to provide all aspects of daily childcare for the family's infant. Duties will also include all baby related cleaning, laundry and light housekeeping. The role is full time 50 - 60 hours per week, with additional evenings and weekends to support the needs of the family. Flexibility to travel with the family may also be required. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years professional child-care experience in a private home environment, along with relevant formal training in education or childcare and certifications including CPR/First Aid. Strong communication and organizational skills are required along with a proactive attitude and genuine interest in the care and development of children. A valid Bermuda driver's license (or willingness to obtain) is also required. Candidates must possess a clean criminal record and excellent employer references.
