The BeesMont Group of Companies seeks an Administrative Assistant for Aester Limited, a licensed Corporate Service Provider and BeesMont Law Limited, a boutique law firm to support its quality and growing corporate administration and legal service business in respect of all aspects of daily operations and provision of services. Required Accountabilities The successful candidate will have strong time management, communication skills, attention to detail, record keeping capabilities and adhere to professional standards for communications and delivery of services. They will be required to:

• Assist the corporate service team with the general administration of local and exempt entities
• Complete time recording on a daily basis
• Assist the legal team with administrative duties and responsibilities as requested
• Carry out ad-hoc administrative projects as may be required from time to time
• Adherence to organisational policies and procedures, inclusive of our policy statement against bullying and sexual harassment and privacy programme infrastructure Required Experience
• Post-secondary level education would be an asset
• Although not essential, a minimum of 2 years’ recent experience working in a corporate service provider and / or legal practice environment would be an asset
• Knowledge and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel) is essential
