We are seeking an experienced Meat Manager to lead our meat department. This role oversees daily operations, supervises associates, maintains product quality, and ensures compliance with company standards. A typical work week is 50 hours, including Saturdays and Sundays. Key Duties and Responsibilities include supervising meat department associates, managing scheduling, cutting, trimming, packaging, and merchandising meat products, maintaining accurate inventory, ensuring proper product rotation, providing excellent customer service, and upholding strict safety and sanitation procedures.

Requirements

Must have a minimum of 3 years' experience in the meat trade, particularly fresh meat. Required Competencies include being a highly effective leader, ability to work well under pressure, proven ability to prepare and display fresh meat effectively, and excellent customer service and communication skills.
