Curry Leaf Take-out Restaurant is hiring a

Part-time Chef De Partie

Deadline: 6 days

Job Type: Contract

Must be an experienced chef and have at least 5 years of experience working in a restaurant. This is a working position therefore you must be willing to work hard in a busy kitchen, weekends and public holidays. Must be familiar with all aspects of the kitchen operation and working within a strict budget. An extensive knowledge of Asian Infused and Indian cuisine, a wide variety of curries and tandoori. Able to maintain a clean and organized kitchen. A culinary certificate or equivalent is required. Both positions involve shift work including weekends, late nights, and public holidays. Only honest, reliable applicants need apply with proven track record.
