Actively seeking a full time Assistant GM who wants to combine a passion for sports with their devotion to hospitality. The successful applicant will have at least 5 years proven experience in a similar role and have a strong knowledge of global sports. As well as being honest and punctual the ideal candidate will possess the following: Experience in catering and managing a busy operation with a large staff. Well versed in creating and pricing all menus. Have the aptitude to maintain profit margins, maintain consistent inventory levels, follow a budget, and reconcile daily sales. Must be able to think outside the norm, using imagination to drive business and implement new strategies and improve standards. Manage staff schedules. A valid light truck license. The successful applicant will be a team player willing to assist behind the bar, on the floor..

Requirements
