Symphony Management Ltd. is a leading, independently owned captive management company based in Bermuda. We pride ourselves on delivering expert, personalized service to a diverse portfolio of international insurance and reinsurance clients. We are currently seeking qualified and experienced accountants to join our dynamic team. This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced, professional environment supporting a portfolio of sophisticated insurance and reinsurance companies. Key Responsibilities: • Prepare accurate and timely management accounts. • Manage investment accounting and perform (re)insurance account reconciliations. • Coordinate all aspects of annual external audits, including the preparation of audited financial statements and statutory filings. • Support the planning and execution of board meetings, including the preparation of meeting materials. • Collaborate with senior management on ad hoc projects and strategic initiatives What We're Looking For: • A recognized international accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, CA, ACA, ACCA). • A minimum of 5 years of relevant post-qualification experience, preferably with 2 years within the (re) insurance or captive insurance industry. • Strong technical accounting skills and attention to detail. • Excellent communication and organizational abilities. • A proactive, team-oriented mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Requirements

A recognized international accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, CA, ACA, ACCA). A minimum of 5 years of relevant post-qualification experience, preferably with 2 years within the (re) insurance or captive insurance industry. Strong technical accounting skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and organizational abilities. A proactive, team-oriented mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
