SJ Construction is seeking to fill positions for Working Foreman/Site Superintendent and Laborers. The Foreman will supervise on-going construction projects, manage and train staff, perform masonry and form carpentry, work with sub-contractors, and maintain safety standards. Laborers are responsible for site preparation, cleaning, scaffolding set-up, heavy lifting, and assisting tradespeople. All employees are subject to random drug testing.

Requirements

For Foreman: 10 years experience in residential and commercial construction, track record in masonry/carpentry, experience managing projects over $2.5 million, knowledge of building materials, valid driver's license and own transportation. For Laborers: Previous construction experience, strong interpersonal skills, own transportation, and ability to do heavy lifting. Both roles require availability for overtime, including evenings and weekends.
