Our client, Abbott Decorating Contractors, requires the services of an experienced Mason/Maintenance Person with proficiency in all areas of masonry for both commercial and residential properties and related carpentry. Ability to perform all aspects of construction projects: to include setting out, laying block, plastering, stonework, brick laying, concrete placement, slating, formwork and specialty carpentry. The candidate will provide occasional maintenance services associated with the position when necessary. Based on the nature of the position a security check will be required, resulting in satisfactory suitability before being hired. Abbott Decorating Contractors has a strict drug and alcohol policy, and all applicants will be subject to random drug testing.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years' proven experience; experienced and knowledgeable in the use of all tools, techniques and materials used in the trade; reliable and fit to carry out all duties; able to work extended hours, including weekends and public holidays; satisfactory security check; reliable and punctual; subject to random drug testing.
