On behalf of our client, RICHARDS LIMITED, we are seeking a Senior Matrimonial/Family Attorney. The successful candidate shall have a minimum of 8 years post qualification experience in all facets of family law disputes to include divorce, custody and access cases, financial matters, including ancillary relief, and child and spousal maintenance. Proficiency with complicated matters involving significant wealth, complex trust structures, nuptial agreements, international elements, and business assets is required, along with the ability to act autonomously and manage their own case load. Candidates should demonstrate a track record of effective advocacy with experience presenting cases at all court levels. The position requires a proven history of managing client relationships, developing a strong caseload, and working independently. Experience in the forms of Alternative Dispute resolution would also be an advantage.
Requirements
Minimum of 8 years post qualification experience in all facets of family law; experience presenting cases at all court levels; experience with complex trust structures and international elements.
