Resolution Life proactively manages an open and dynamic work environment, with an international team that is focused on applying technical expertise and technology to developing solutions for our counterparties. This is an opportunity to join a growing entrepreneurial life insurance organization. The Business Systems Analyst will be responsible for playing a critical role in translating complex business needs into smart, scalable technology solutions, while leveraging AI, automation and modern data tools to drive better outcomes, faster. Key Duties and Responsibilities include partnering with business stakeholders, translating business problems into structured solutions, using data analysis techniques, driving process improvements, contributing to solution design and testing, supporting UAT and deployment, and developing subject matter expertise in treaty onboarding, actuarial modeling, and reinsurance workflows.

Requirements

Undergraduate Degree in business, actuarial science, computer science, finance, or a related field is required; equivalent experience also considered. 2-5 years of experience in business or systems analysis, ideally in insurance, reinsurance, or financial services. Demonstrated ability to gather, structure, and communicate business requirements effectively. Proficiency with data analysis tools including SQL, Excel, and at least one BI/reporting tool (e.g., Looker, Power BI, Tableau). Exposure to or interest in applying AI/ML tools and cloud-based systems.
