TreeHouse Property Maintenance is seeking reliable and trustworthy individuals for the following positions Mason. Skilled applicant must be knowledgeable and skilled in all masonry work including but not limited to: laying block, plastering, stonework, brick laying, slating and formwork; making alterations and repairs to masonry structures and surfaces; pouring concrete and screeding. Responsible for maintenance of tools and machinery. Zero tolerance policy to drugs and alcohol use. References and background will be checked.
Requirements
- Have 5 years of proven experience and be able to work independently.
- Knowledgeable and skilled in masonry work (laying block, plastering, stonework, etc).
- Knowledge and experience in the operation and maintenance of a wide range of trade tools and machinery.
- Have own transportation and valid driver's license (and ability/willingness to obtain intermediary truck license).
