Your role as Cleaner Maintenance Technician, will be required to clean, inspect, and maintain equipment and machinery. Duties may include cleaning, building and facility maintenance, installations and wall mounting, vehicle and equipment maintenance, lifting of heavy items & furniture, masonry, carpentry etc. You are required to have knowledge and previous work experience with cleaning chemicals, supplies, and material safety. Must be capable of maintaining health and safety standards, operating commercial equipment, and demonstrate strong organization and motivational skills. The successful applicants will have a minimum of 5 year's experience in all aspects of Commercial and Residential Cleaning and Janitorial Services including, the techniques of all types of cleaning, heavy duty cleaning in the use of equipment and chemicals for use in washing, polishing and steam cleaning of floors, rugs, carpets, kitchens and restroom cleaning, waste removal, window cleaning, pot washing, delivering supplies and associated maintenance.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 year's experience in Commercial and Residential Cleaning and Janitorial Services. Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and material safety. Valid intermediate driver's license or willing to obtain one. Must have own transportation. Willing to work irregular hours including early mornings, nights, weekends, and Public Holidays. Capable of using mobile technology/apps. Pre-employment drug screening required.
