On behalf of our client, Mr. Richard Davidge, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Cleaning Technician to care for multiple properties. Key Duties & Responsibilities include cleaning both commercial and residential properties, kitchen and bathroom cleaning, floor/carpet/upholstery care, wall/window washing, polishing silver and brass, laundry and ironing, and outdoor cleaning.
Requirements
Minimum of one (1) year of residential or commercial cleaning experience required. Must have knowledge in the use of various cleaning products, chemicals and equipment. Must be comfortable working around pets. Must be able to work independently. Pre-employment criminal background checks and random drug tests may be performed.
