Continuous experience working for a cleaning contractor, must be proficient in all aspects of cleaning and janitorial duties (both commercial and residential). Comfortable working in personal protective equipment (PPE) gear. Knowledgeable about infection and disease control in the workplace. Adherence to strict sanitizing and disinfection protocols. Experience with chemical work, commercial floor cleaning equipment, industrial kitchen degreasing, floor stripping/refinishing, dry vapor machine operation, carpet steam cleaning, and use of electrostatic sprayers. Available for on-call emergencies (e.g., bodily fluid cleanups, floods, water extractions). Minimum 3 years of proven experience. Self-motivated team player. Ability to work unsupervised. Good timekeeping skills. Reliable, trustworthy, and conscientious. Neat personal appearance. Ability to travel independently to assigned contracts. Valid driver's license or willingness to obtain one. Ability to track time via an electronic timesheet. IN ADDITION TO THE ABOVE THE ASSISTANT FIELD SUPERVISORS SHOULD ALSO POSSESS THE FOLLOWING: The Assistant Field Supervisor should have a minimum of 4 years of experience assisting Field Supervisors and providing supervision to field teams in the absence of the Field Supervisor. Both positions require the following: Proficient in providing estimates for various works. Ability to operate, monitor service, and maintain company vehicles and equipment. Excellent customer service skills. Self-sufficient and reliable. Strong problem-solving abilities. Motivational and effective at managing employees. Fully versed in running steam equipment, hard floor reconditioning (including marble care, stripping, and refinishing), remedial/restoration cleaning, water damage restoration cleaning, pressure washing, custodial, and janitorial cleaning. Ability to provide guidance and training to new staff. General Requirements for All Positions: NO EXCEPTIONS Availability to work weekends, unsociable hours, and public holidays. Willingness to work shift hours. Successful applicants will be subjected to drug and COVID-19 testing. Candidates must be highly coachable and approachable.
