KPMG Advisory is looking for a highly motivated and dynamic Senior Manager with experience and a proven track record in Deal Advisory to manage a diverse portfolio of corporate finance and transaction services advisory clients. Key job functions and responsibilities include: Overseeing the development and execution of various advisory engagements, which may involve financial modeling, valuation analyses, financial and commercial due diligence, mergers & acquisitions, business case development, and preparation of reports, information memoranda and other documentation for external consumption. Working in various sectors including insurance and other financial services, asset management, infrastructure, public sector, tourism and hospitality. Serving as project manager for the duration of engagements, acting as key contact for the client, attending client meetings, managing preparation of high-quality deliverables and coordinating the work of the engagement team. Leading new business development including the preparation and presentation of proposals. Liaising and working with colleagues across KIG and our global KPMG member firm network. Managing and facilitating ongoing administration of the department, while ensuring adherence to all compliance and regulatory requirements. Reporting to clients, partners and team members on the progress of engagements and other initiatives. Managing, coaching and developing junior peers. Development of thought leadership and speaking in public forums. Candidates must have the following qualifications, skills and attributes: A bachelor's degree or above and a minimum of four years' experience in Deal Advisory, corporate finance or related fields. Relevant professional qualifications such as CA, CPA or CFA. Strong analytical abilities to interpret financial data, assess risks and recommend actionable strategies. Strong business valuation skills and experience in performing valuations of intangible assets for purchase price allocation purposes are preferred. A keen eye for detail, superior financial skills, strong people skills, the ability to work at one's own initiative, the willingness to travel at relatively short notice and the ability to meet tight deadlines. Excellent project management and organizational skills are essential, including the ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously; Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to clearly convey complex information. Must be mature, hardworking, enthusiastic and professional.
