Requirements
7+ years of experience in the construction industry, specifically within Mechanical, HVAC, or Sheet Metal sectors. Strong ability to read and interpret architectural and structural blueprints, specifications, and shop drawings. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel is a must). Familiarity with construction management software (Procore, PlanGrid) and CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, or Navisworks) is a major plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable talking to General Contractors and Sheet Metal Workers. High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple project timelines simultaneously. Nice-to-haves include prior experience working in a sheet metal fabrication shop, OSHA 10 or 30 certification, and experience with Bluebeam Revu for markups and take-offs.Salary
