Alliance Enterprise Ltd. specializes in interior system installations including acoustical ceilings, fire rated and acoustical partitions and lead lined radiation barriers and interior finishes, including handyman services and maintenance. The position requires candidates who are fully competent in the finishing process; must be knowledgeable with mixing compound, setting all types of beads, texturing, applying tape, coating, sanding, level 5 finish, GRG or similar type product; be conversant with all forms of finishing including form glass, plaster/foam crown molding and texturing; be able to walk on stilts, be proficient in use of related machine tools and a wide range of materials and installation techniques mainly within a high level fit out environment. Candidates must have a minimum of Five (5) years of continuous relevant work experience in all aspects of drywall finishing, be punctual and reliable; with the ability to monitor progress against schedules, including organizing timely materials deliveries. Candidates should have their own tools, be prepared to work evenings and weekends to meet business demands and have their own transportation or be willing to obtain the same. Alliance Enterprise Ltd. is a drug and alcohol free environment and as such, requires all successful applicants to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening prior to on offer of employment.
