Island Restaurant Group Ltd. (operator of Hog Penny, Barracuda Grill, Bolero, Pickled Onion, BREW, Frog & Onion, Dockyard Brewing and IRG Catering) is currently looking for great people in the below listed positions, to start in the Spring of 2026 in the following hospitality occupations for our very busy restaurants, brewery and catering operation. We require an uncompromising attitude towards food excellence and the ability to work all areas of the kitchen while maintaining established high standards. Candidates must be self-motivated, creative, and able to present new menu items.

Requirements

Experience and qualifications in a similar position required. All positions demand excellent timekeeping, a requirement to work splits, early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays, the ability to work well as a team, and a willingness to assist others in the completion of their tasks. Must have a proven record of good integrity.
