Must have at least 3 years' experience in similar position. Knowledge of Oriental, Filipino, Indian and Middle Eastern cuisine. Duties will include serving customers from the counter and assisting with kitchen operation and cleaning to ensure smooth, efficient running of the service and prep area. Position involves early mornings at the restaurant, and often late nights at catering venues. WAITERS / WAITRESSES. Must have at least 2 years' recent full-time experience in F&B service, outgoing personality, professional, polite attitude, and ability to work quickly and calmly in a fast-paced environment. Good time-keeping skills are essential as early morning shifts begin at 6:00am. A complete application must include letters of reference confirming employment history.
