Seeking two Chef de Parties. Reporting to the Head Chef, the Chef de Parties will provide support to the Head Chef and Chef de Parties in all stations to cook and present meals. Duties associated with this role include preparing mis en place, culinary dishes, enforcing strict health and hygiene standards in the kitchen and troubleshooting any problems that may arise. Must be able to work in any station, i.e. Hot, Cold or Pastry Kitchen. A Diploma or certificate from a recognized culinary school along with 3 years' experience working in all stations in a similar restaurant environment is required. Successful completion of food Hygiene Training. The successful candidates must be prepared to work irregular hours including nights, weekends and public holidays. Must have transportation.
