This is a dual role split between two families; one providing after-school and evening support to the family to include assisting with meal preparation, homework and bedtime routines as well as light housekeeping and the second family to manage all aspects of daily housekeeping including cleaning, tidying, meal preparation, grocery shopping and care of the family pets. This role is a full-time split shift position, to include weekends and public holidays as required.
Requirements
The successful candidate will possess a minimum of 5 years' experience in a care-giving role; ideally with experience in both elderly and child care in private home-based environments, be caring, responsible, and a non-smoker. A relevant care-giving certification and / or CPR/First Aid certificate is also required along with a clean criminal record and excellent employment references.
