We are seeking a highly qualified Fractional Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to provide strategic security consultation services to our Bermudian clients. This role is pivotal in guiding organizations toward compliance with Bermuda’s Cybersecurity Code of Conduct, while ensuring robust protection against evolving cyber threats. The Fractional CISO will act as a trusted advisor, offering executive-level leadership in information security strategy, risk management, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• CISSP designation (mandatory). • Minimum 10 years of experience working in IT • At least one cloud security certification (Azure Security Engineer Associate, AWS Certified Security – Specialty, or equivalent). • Proven experience in information security leadership, ideally within a Managed Service Provider or consultancy environment. • Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance frameworks and cybersecurity governance. • Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical risks into business impacts. • Experience with networking equipment including but not limited to Firewalls, Routers, switches.
