Details Management Ltd. is seeking applications for the position of Vice President - Executive Search. Reporting to the SVP - Executive Search & Business Development, the successful candidate will support the development and expansion of our recruitment and secondment consulting practice. This individual will drive innovation by leading the continued development, enhancement and management of our recruitment technology tools. This role requires a strict adherence to confidentiality. Responsibilities include: Create, implement and enhance global search strategies attracting talent for specialized technical roles across the (re)insurance and financial services industries. Leverage dedicated recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Taleo (Oracle), the Bermuda Job Board, social media platforms as well as our internal candidate database to source and engage top talent. Provide strategic leadership for the continuous development, enhancement, and integration of recruitment tools. Enhance the candidate experience by optimizing process automation improving search efficiency. Build and maintain a global pipeline of qualified and seasoned technical candidates including modelers, underwriters, actuaries, accountants and investment professionals. Manage CRM and HRIS databases to ensure accurate tracking of clients, candidates and recruitment engagements. Support applicants through the interview process, prospect discussions and contract negotiations. Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients and candidates providing guidance and professional advice throughout the recruitment life cycle. Partner with external human resource and hiring managers to support and enhance their talent acquisition strategies, Counsel candidates and clients on Bermuda employment law and Bermuda work permit policies Develop and manage online job postings providing guidance in the planning and execution of digital recruitment and marketing initiatives enhancing visibility and brand awareness to attract top talent. Conduct candidate screening procedures (professional reference checks, police clearances, credential verifications). Work closely with our Finance and Human Resource teams coordinating processes, enhancing cross-functional efficiency. Support our internship and mentoring programs designed to attract, develop and retain talent. Professional/Technical Skills and Knowledge: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university is required. Minimum 5 years working experience gained in executive search, recruitment or talent acquisition is required. Proven experience recruiting for the (re)insurance and financial services industries with a strong understanding of the technical skills required for specialized roles in underwriting, modeling, actuarial science and finance. Experience utilizing online recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Elevate or Recruiter Lite. Working knowledge and understanding of managing commercial applications across social media platforms (Facebook, Linkedin, Instagram and Twitter). Previous experience leveraging CRM, HRIS and recruitment applications is required. Hands-on experience with BambooHR and Canva software applications is an asset. Experience with ZOHO and MailChimp would be an advantage. Strong working knowledge of Taleo's Talent Acquisition platform (Oracle) is required. Previous experience with Recruit CRM is a distinct advantage. Comprehensive knowledge of the Department of Immigration's Work Permit Policy. Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven track record networking, developing and fostering relationships with individuals at all levels in an organization. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated experience preparing and delivering impactful presentations, reports and recommendations to senior management and executive leadership. Highly organized with the ability to multi task in a fast-paced environment, work independently and meeting strict deadlines while maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism. Advanced proficiency with the MS Office Suite of products, predominantly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel is required. Must be willing to work evenings attending industry conferences and networking events. Strong commitment to mentoring and professional development promoting a culture of learning and continuous growth.
