Requirements
The standard requirements of this role include: High school certificate required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in marketing, communications, event coordination or a related field; experience in a professional services firm is preferred. Working towards a relevant professional certification. Demonstrated experience in writing, editing, and proofreading content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and alignment with brand guidelines. Basic design skills with the ability to apply brand standards and create visually consistent, engaging, and high-quality marketing materials. Basic understanding of Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, and Adobe Express) and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel) is an asset. All candidates must have demonstrated skills in client service and project management relevant to the role. This position requires inclusive team contributors, who have the proven ability to interact with a wide diversity of people across our organization. Candidates must have the ability to work a flexible schedule as needed.Salary
