The candidate will have at least 5 years experience in a fast paced restaurant, working on the line with a large team. Will have experience in making and creating sushi. The candidate will require a catering background, in which they have created and prepped catering style food. The applicant must be knowledgeable in food safety with a strong background in creating menu items. Key duties include working alongside the head chef preparing menu items for guests, assisting with menu changes, overseeing catering operations, and maintaining cleanliness and professionalism in the kitchen.

Requirements

Must have 5 years experience working in a fast paced kitchen. Will have a background in on and off site caterings, and level of knowledge on different food items and cuisine cooking.
