Clinical Manager

Under the leadership of the Clinical Director, the Clinical Manager will be responsible for Directing and coordinating activities of Patient Care Administration within assigned Service Area / Department. Responsibilities include overseeing unit operations, aligning with strategic goals, managing budgets, staffing, and performance, monitoring clinical indicators, ensuring service excellence, and supporting quality improvement and patient-centered care initiatives. Key responsibilities include implementing action plans to meet strategic goals, offering clinical expertise and leadership, ensuring budget performance, developing performance improvement plans, monitoring operational and clinical indicators, managing staff allocations, completing employee performance appraisals, and role modeling service excellence.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Nursing from an accredited institution; Master’s Candidate (MSN) preferred; Five years' management experience; Demonstrated ability to provide specialized care for dementia and stroke; NICHE certification an asset; Current registration with Bermuda Nursing Council; Experience with financial statements and budgets preferred; Current CPR certification.
