Nursery Teachers Assistant

City Strivers Nursery School is seeking an experienced Assistant Nursery School Teacher. Key Duties and Responsibilities include working in partnership with lead teachers to provide effective support with learning and play activities, supporting pupils to understand instructions, implementing planned activities, contributing to evaluation of learning and play activities, and supervising pupils during meal times and activities. The position involves maintaining a clean, safe learning environment, assisting with hygiene and medication, and collaborating with staff and parents to promote pupil well-being.

Requirements

Hold a relevant degree and required to have a Child Care Certification in early childhood education. Minimum of 2 years teaching experience working with children up to 5 years old including those with special needs. Possess a valid CPR/first-aid certification, SCARS certification is preferred. Proven ability to develop, plan and implement learning programs. Effective communication skills both written and verbal. Ability to interact with children in a kind, caring manner. Applicants must be approved by Health Department and CPR/First Aid trained.
