General Manager

Our client, Bermuda Bubble Tea, specializing in bubble tea drinks, pastries and desserts with multiple locations including Dockyard, Somerset and the City of Hamilton is seeking a reliable General Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 3 years' experience in a bubble tea café. They will be knowledgeable in types and flavor combinations of popular bubble tea, experienced in artisan ice cream manufacturing and have practical knowledge of preparing/maintaining pastries and displays. The ability to manage the general day-to-day activities of multiple locations including but not limited to; ordering, processing, customer service, cashiering, deaning, and training of new staff is essential. A diploma or certification in culinary arts is advantageous. This is a full-time position with night, weekend, and holiday shifts a necessary. A positive and professional approach to customer service is essential. A clean criminal background and excellent references are also required.
