Experienced Heavy Duty Commercial and Domestic Cleaner: Must have at least 3-5 years of experience as a Heavy Duty Commercial and Domestic Cleaner within the cleaning industry, Deep cleaning and disinfection projects for office and commercial space; Spray fogging and electrostatic spraying of disinfectants for office and commercial space; Power sweeping and power washing of parking lots and garages; Floor care projects include stripping and waxing hard surface floors, carpet steam extraction cleaning or shampooing, grout cleaning, etc. Post-construction and ready-for-occupancy cleaning of new construction or renovation projects; Interior/exterior window and glass cleaning Various cleaning projects as assigned. Housekeeper/Cook: We are looking for a Housekeeper/Cook with proven experience (at least 5 years) in looking after a busy household, including cooking for a large family. Proficient cook with a wide range of culinary skills for worldwide cuisine, confident in general, healthy family cooking and occasional dinner parties. Must have a calm demeanour in a busy household, excellent laundry and ironing skills, and be happy around dogs.
