Office & Operations Assistant

As the Office & Operations Assistant, you will provide professional, customer-focused front office and facilities support to ensure smooth operation of Bacardi office. Responsibilities include greeting visitors, managing mail, coordinating office supplies, performing minor maintenance activities, monitoring building access, assisting in emergency preparedness, and providing coverage during team absences. Required qualifications include a post-secondary education, a minimum of 2 years of experience in administration or hospitality support, strong customer service skills, and a valid Bermuda Drivers’ license. Ideal candidates will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Requirements

Post secondary education required; Minimum 2 years’ experience in administration, facilities or hospitality support roles; Strong Customer Service orientation; Proven computer literacy including Microsoft Office; Valid Bermuda Drivers’ license; Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy objects; Knowledge of health, safety and emergency protocols.
