Finance/accounts Manager

BAC Group is seeking to employ a qualified Finance/ Accounts Manager. The Finance Manager will own the month-end close and management reporting; lead and own a highly effective accounts payable function; run cash and treasury operations; and manage a team of accountants. Key Duties and Responsibilities include Financial Reporting & Close, Accounts Payable & Vendor Management, Cash & Treasury Management, and Controls & Continuous Improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or a business-related course. • CPA, ACCA, CA or equivalent designation with over 5 years post qualification experience. • Over 7 years cumulative and progressive experience covering financial reporting, treasury, and accounts payable functions. • Proven experience managing a high-performance team. • Relevant experience in the construction and mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) fields is advantageous. Experience within FMCG or consumer products industries will be considered. • High proficiency with workflows in common ERP systems. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP is advantageous but not required. • Working knowledge of MS Office suite of applications with advanced proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with MS Power BI. • ERP migration experience is a plus. • Ownership mindset, strong internal controls orientation, critical thinking and structured problem solving. • Clear communication and stakeholder management across Finance, Procurement, Operations, and external stakeholders. • Change leadership with practical standard operating procedures, training, and discipline around metrics.
