CG are working on an exciting new opportunity with a Global Life (Re)Insurer who are looking for an Enterprise Risk professional to join their team in Bermuda. This role will be reporting into the CRO and will support the development and implementation of a company-wide ERM Framework. This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic and international team and gain exposure across global operations. Role: Maintenance and development of a ERM framework including a clear risk appetite across risk classes Risk reporting to various stakeholders including management and board committees to align with the annual risk management plan and maintain strong professional relationships Development and maintenance of risk policies, standards, and guidelines.

Requirements

7+ years of relevant experience preferably in life re(insurance). Professional risk, actuarial or accounting qualification strongly preferred. Excellent communication skills to be able to communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to manage multiple workloads independently.
