RUBIS Energy Bermuda is seeking a dynamic and highly organized Sales and Office Administrator to join our team. Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, this pivotal role supports the effectiveness of our Sales Team, daily office operations, and internal people initiatives. Key Responsibilities: • Provide proactive administrative and operational support to the Sales Manager and Sales Team. • Maintain CRM and ERP systems, generate reports, and manage customer documentation. • Coordinate pricing updates, prepare proposals, and manage purchase orders and client communications. Support credit control activities and assist with customer onboarding and account activation. • Administer Payment & Loyalty Solutions, ensuring timely responses and customer satisfaction. • Assist with office management tasks, internal events, and HR administrative support. What We're Looking For: • Minimum 5 years' experience in administrative support, office management, or sales operations — preferably in the energy or technical sector. • Proficient in Microsoft Office; capable of navigating IT systems and resolving basic tech issues. • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills. • A team player with high attention to detail and a commitment to confidentiality and professionalism. Requirements
