Key Duties and Responsibilities We are currently recruiting an investment analyst to join our Multi-Asset Investment Team. The team is responsible for researching securities and hedging instruments for inclusion in our portfolios. This role will include in-depth company analysis and financial modelling, as well as research into geopolitical and macro-economic issues, bond covenants and provisions, and bankruptcy and restructuring related legal matters affecting the value of potential investments.

Requirements

The successful applicant will have a JD from a top tier U.S. law school with an outstanding academic record and will have demonstrated experience in business or finance. An undergraduate or graduate degree in a business discipline is desirable, but not necessarily required. The successful applicant must (i) have at least five years' experience in a bankruptcy or distressed company-related field, including (without limitation) practicing bankruptcy law or dealing with restructuring or distressed situations from a banking or accounting perspective, and be demonstrably familiar with debt covenants commonly included within corporate bond indentures (and similar) and related security instruments and (ii) at least five years' experience researching/analyzing equity securities. In addition, the successful applicant must possess demonstrable financial modelling skills, strong oral and written communication skills, and strong proficiency in Excel. International experience and an interest in geopolitics and macroeconomics are desirable.
