Clarence George is working on an exciting new opportunity with a leading established reinsurer in Bermuda who are looking to hire a Senior Actuary into their Reporting Team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the firm’s performance strategy in a dynamic environment. The role will directly support the firm’s long-term strategy through the monthly reporting of annuity and longevity reinsurance business. Effective collaboration is essential to work across multiple teams to maintain and enhance reporting capabilities, and to understand and deliver business strategy through insightful analysis of reports to senior management.

Requirements

Fully qualified actuary from a recognised institution (FSA, FIA, FASSA etc), 7+ years’ experience within life insurance, ideally with experience in a leadership/senior role, Experience with IFRS, Solvency II and preferably Bermudian EBS frameworks, Deep understanding of BPA or longevity swaps is required.
