Compliance Manager
Requirements
A University degree coupled with professional compliance certifications such as CAMS (Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist), or equivalent. Extensive relevant experience gained from working in a senior level compliance position ideally within a health and/or life insurance company. Demonstrated understanding of Bermuda AML/ATF regulations, FATCA, CRS, PIPA, and BMA regulatory expectations/requirements. Prior experience working as a Money Laundering Reporting Officer or deputy MLRO would be advantageous. An exceptional work ethic with the proven ability to demonstrate initiative and meet deadlines. Proven interpersonal and presentation skills with the ability to engage effectively at all levels.Salary
