The St. Regis Bermuda Resort located at 34 Coot Pond Road: Town of St. Georges is seeking applicants for the following positions: PASTRY CHEF: This position is responsible for leading the pastry team in preparing quality and consistent pastries for all areas of the hotel. The position is also responsible for leading, developing and training of the pastry team. A two-year degree from an accredited university in Culinary Arts, hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; and two-year experience in the culinary, food & beverage, or related professional area. PASTRY COOK: This position is responsible for preparing ingredients for baking and cooking. A minimum of one year's culinary experience is required. GUEST EXPERIENCE EXPERT (Front Desk): This position is responsible to deliver a wide range of front of house services that guide the guest through their entire stay. Duties include but are not limited to processing all guests check-ins, assigning rooms and setting up guest accounts. Must possess a high school diploma or its equivalent and a minimum of one years' experience working as a front desk agent in a luxury hotel. GUEST EXPERIENCE SUPERVISOR: This position is responsible for managing the day-to-day operation to deliver a wide range of front of house services that guide the guest through their entire stay. Must possess a high school diploma or its equivalent and a minimum of two years' experience working as a front desk agent in a luxury hotel. BUTLER VALET (Door/Bell Person): The Butler Valet is responsible for greeting and escorting guests to rooms. Opening doors and assisting guests/visitors entering and leaving property. A minimum of a high school diploma is preferred and one year's experience working front of house for luxury brand hotel is required. BUTLER: This position is signature to the St. Regis experience. The Butler provides bespoke experience and services to fulfill all guest needs during pre-arrival, check-in and throughout the guest stay until departure. This role is key to building rapport with guests. A minimum of one years' experience working front of house for luxury brand hotel is required. COOK: This position is responsible for preparing special meals or substitute items, ensuring proper portion, arrangement and food garnishes and monitoring the quality and quantity of food that is prepared. A minimum of 1-2 years' culinary experience is required. CHEF DE PARTIE: This position is responsible for assisting the Sous Chef to ensure the quality, consistency and production of areas of responsibility in the kitchen. A minimum of a two-year degree from an accredited university in culinary arts, hotel and restaurant management or a related major in addition to two years' culinary experience is required. UTILITY SUPERVISOR (Stewarding): This position is responsible for working across departments (e.g., kitchen, food and beverage, laundry, rooms and common area) to support cleaning needs. A minimum of one years' experience required. High school diploma/GED equivalent. UTILITY ATTENDANT (Steward): This position is responsible for working across departments (e.g., kitchen, food and beverage, laundry, rooms and common area) to support cleaning needs. No previous experience necessary. High school diploma/GED equivalent. GUEST ENVIRONMENT EXPERT (Housekeeping) - This position is responsible for a wide range of housekeeping functions with responsibility for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the guests rooms and common areas. Must possess a high school diploma or its equivalent and a minimum of one years' experience working in housekeeping for a luxury hotel. GUEST ENVIRONMENT SUPERVISOR: This position is responsible for inspecting guest rooms, public areas, and pool after being cleaned by the housekeepers to ensure quality standards. Must possess a two-year degree from an accredited university in hotel management, hospitality, or a related major and one year's prior experience working as a housekeeping supervisor in a luxury branded hotel. LOSS PREVENTION SUPERVISOR: This position is responsible for patrolling areas of the property, securing rooms and assisting guests with room access. Must possess a two-year degree from an accredited university in hotel management, hospitality, or a related major and two year's prior experience working as a loss prevention supervisor or security supervisor preferable in hospitality. LOSS PREVENTION MANAGER: Manages the daily functions of the department to ensure protection of the property, employees, guests and property. Maintains logs, certifications and documents required by law and Standard Operating Procedures. Trains staff in established emergency procedures and implements accident and fire prevention procedures. Three years' experience in a security/loss prevention managerial role or related professional area. SYSTEMS MANAGER: This position is responsible for all technology planning, decision making, implementation and maintenance. A minimum of a bachelor's degree in science, business administration, or six years equivalent working experience in lieu of a bachelor's degree. Four years' experience in a similar position working in the hospitality industry is required. GOLF EXPERIENCE LEAD: Assist with daily management of Golf Operations in addition to the daily tasks. Transport clubs to/from guest vehicles and/or group buses. Pick up and drop off guest golf bags at bag drop. Provide directions to golfers to golf-related areas. Assist golfers with carts and equipment. Distribute scorecards and pencils to golfers. Remove golf carts from the storage area and stage for play. Remove rental clubs for use by guests, and clean and store them after use. Store, clean, tag, and organize guest clubs in bag room storage. Clean, detail, and restock golf carts after each use. Document any golf cart damage and deficiency for the mechanic's review. Maintain cleanliness of golf-related areas. High school diploma or G.R.D. equivalent. Minimum 2-3 years experience Member of Professional Golf Institution (BPGA | PGA USA | or other) Golf-related Certification. GOLF ENVIRONMENT EXPERT (Groundskeeper): This position will monitor property grounds to ensure a pleasant appearance. Maintain lawns by mowing, edging, raking leaves, and performing other lawn maintenance functions. Wash, clean, and re-fuel all equipment after use. Maintain flower beds, baskets, and boxes by watering, removing weeds, trimming, and performing other maintenance. One-year related work experience required. GUEST SERVICE EXPERT (F&B Server) Seasonal This position is responsible for taking the initiative and delivering a wide range of services to make sure that guests enjoy their meals. Whether setting tables, communicating with the kitchen, interacting and serving guests, or cleaning work areas and supplies, the Guest Service Expert makes transactions feel like part of the experience. Six months to one year's prior experience working as a food and beverage server is required. GUEST SERVICE EXPERT (F&B Server): This position is responsible for taking the initiative and delivering a wide range of services to make sure that guests enjoy their meals. Whether setting tables, communicating with the kitchen, interacting and serving guests, or cleaning work areas and supplies, the Guest Service Expert makes transactions feel like part of the experience. Six months to one year's prior experience working as a food and beverage server is required. GUEST SERVICE SUPERVISOR (F&B): This position is responsible for supporting the F&B Managers in the day to day operations of restaurants and bars. High school diploma/GED equivalent. One year's of supervisory experience in F&B.
